The 300 point one is this outfit.
The 30 point ones are new attacks for the girls (like omelet rice instead of love letter).
The 100 point ones are also new outfits (swimsuits and maid)

Since most of them are H-game based, are they always best downloaded as DVD-versions rather than TV versions? (Been holding off downloading the most recent ones, just in case)

I assume the general opinion of /jp/ is also to play the game before watching the anime? That is what my gut instincts tell me at least.

My game backlogs tend to rival my anime backlogs though.
