Are you talking about like making a realistic face of a girl as opposed to the more generic faces on the market? Because
1) They probably keep faces vague and anime enough to avoid any identity law issues
2) You can just find a nice face on some stock photo website you wanna fuck, then model that on Blender; chances are they'll have every profile shot available for you to complete the model.

....Don't ask. I know it's unorthodox as fuck, but there are some fine women for free online.
