This is the nicest and most readable score chart I've found. Is there a reason it doesn't have a 25 fu line for chiitoitsu? Is there another way to math it out easier?

You mostly just need to remember the 30-40fu columns, to be honest. Fu counting gets rounded up regardless so it's pretty easy to estimate without remembering every little calculations.

You could add in osamuko that they have a pretty comprehensive definition list of mahjong terms.

I used this until I could roughly tell by memory. You can look up the math behind it too but that might be more complicated than just memorizing the table.
