She isn't exactly sure when she is going to do it, she planned on doing it tomorrow on Saturday but says that this week it might be a bit difficult so maybe next week, she also seems adverse to doing it on a weekday and wants it on a weekend.
She says that when she has decided she'll immediately inform us about it.

Some context is needed or it won't make a lot of sense. Pekora's plan is to show her mother an unedited stream. This is something even the Nousagi was surprised to hear and tried to get her to reconsider but she insisted on it.
When the manager heard this she imitates someone taking deep breaths, and says his reaction was that kind of feeling. The picture I can draw from her voice and tone is someone sitting with his head in his hands taking deep breaths because he just heard something that could be catastrophic.
The manager asks her if this will really be alright, and Pekora responds with "I'm not sure but... I'm not sure!". The manager only gets more worried and asks again if it will be alright and it won't result in an accident, she responds again; "Probably... I don't know!"
The manager says that if Pekora ends up in trouble because of it, it is likely he is going to get fired and then solemly states that; "Perhaps it will be goodbye at the end of the year then..."(Sounds like Pekora is very heavily valued within Hololive for him to react in this way) For that reason she says that they'll have a proper talk about it again before she decides to tell her Mother.
The chat joins in on the fun suggesting that he was crying and Pekora retells something else he said like; "Pekora-san... I don't want to be fired at the end of the year" and Pekora responds with "It will be alright! Pekora won't cause an issue!", the manager says; "I'm not worried about you but your Mother, she is most certainly a layman(She says 初心者(Beginner)but the idea is that her Mother is too unfamiliar with the world she works in, thus the potential issue)"
Chat tells her that she shouldn't worry the poor guy and Pekora responds that "Doesn't it sound fun? Exciting isn't it?"

Says that she will do it in a different stream but that she probably won't be able to read it all in one go, but she says she really wants to read all the impressions that people sent her especially since it is a special occasion.
At the end of it she says she'll read for 30 minutes at least and begins scolling towards the beginning. She ends up scrolling for so long that she eventually gives up as no matter how much she was scrolling she never reached the start so she'll leave it for another day.
