jp I am tired of waiting for translations for shit I have decided that it will be in my best interest to learn Japanese now considering my current lifestyle. I can not reach the next phase in my life until I have learnt Japanese and left home and currently I can do only one of those things so please, point me in the right direction as to how to learn Japanese. Links, or any kind of help is appreciated.

Is life expensive there ?
I have an opportunity to move there (Tokyo) for 2 years and i dont know should i take it or not .
I dont speak japanese at all so i dont think i would fit in there .
Since i dont know your school system in the states ill say im 2 years away from college .

Hey /jp/ had no idea where to put this thread so i came here.I am planing to move to Japan in future and i want to learn the language.I've heard there are some sites where you can learn Japanese with a native speaker in exchange that you teach them your first language or English.Do you guys know of such a site,or is some native Japanese speaker here up for it (if you are here i assume you know English,my first language is Serbian,so that's what i have to offer).

hey, i have always wanted to go to Japan and i have been learning the language for about a year now and i finally got the chance now my father is going to Yokohama for the annual surgical meeting which is being held in Japan this year and he said that if can get a travel visa i can come with him so my question is:
is it hard for an arab to get a visa to Japan
