It wouldn't work, because Seija won't be able to rebel against anything else while she is rebelling against rebellions. However, she will do it occasionally in order to be less predictable because she'll be better in frustrating people this way.
Example: Seija gives you a chocolate box.
You will think that chocolate is poisoned and throw the box away. You are not very frustrated.
Seija tries to be unpredictable and makes it known.
She gives you a chocolate box, again.
It is likely that something is wrong with the chocolate, but you can't be sure. You don't want to throw away a box of your favorite chocolate Seija might give you, but you also don't want to eat poisoned chocolate. You don't know what to do and frustrated because of this. In the end, you'll decide to throw it away, but the thought that maybe you threw away your favorite chocolate will frustrate you a little more.
Now, time which you will spend with Seija might occasionally be actually enjoyable.
