I'll say the even is relatively easy. E-2 last kill could be problematic due CA hime armor rolls, but sinking her should be a matter of time (hard reward isn't that good tho). Seems some people had problems with E-5, but the plane reward is really good. E-3 is a joke and E-4 a bigger one.

Unless you have few resources/time, I'll advise to clear hard. You have plenty of time to switch E-5 to medium if things go south.
