Hmmm. Given those restrictions, I will say Meira. I like serious samurai chicks, and she was pretty cool. Yumemi is also awesome. Her design was pretty fun to look at, and I liked her whole SCIENCE! shtick. Also, I liked Rika for being some kind of weird hippie engineer. A flower tank? Awesome

Ahh, I can't just pick one, alright?! I love them all for lots of different reasons! I haven't played much LSS or PoDD though so I'm less familiar with some of those characters, so I guess I couldn't rightly claim Orange to be a favorite or anything

I could probably give more examples, but to be honest, I haven't played many of the Windows games, just because it feels more natural and correct to beat the PC98 ones first. A-anyway, don't be like that!
