So you pulled yoursef up by the bootstraps and applied for the MGC procreation program, huh? Congrats and welcome to the city where everybody is somebody's onahole and any schmuck can land it big with a tanuki or a dragon if he has enough luck. Just to get ourselves started, where exactly do you plan on living?

1. The slums: The rent's cheap enough and your neighbors aren't criminals at the very least, though the same can't be said of most other inhabitants. Living to your right is a married holstaurus with her husband and teenaged daughters who will be absolutely delighted to have you over for dinner. Expect plenty of homemade products. To your left lives an oomukade who will rarely visit you as an excuse to socialize and bring some surprisingly tasty food. With all the cash you're saving it will be a good idea to buy some extra locks.

2. Suburbia: The houses are the same for miles around and you can easily get lost trying to separate one park from the next. The price is a bit high but the security is also just as good to make up for it. Best of all is that the only monstergirls living nearby are those from decent backgrounds. Your neighbor to the right is an older gentleman whose shirohebi wife has long passed away. Visit him if you enjoy listening to stories of MGC in the old days. To your left lives a group of college lizardgirls who frequently spar in the backyard, they'd be more than welcome to having you join them.

3. High rise apartment: You better be dating a tanuki to pay for this place, because you'll be out on your ass if you aren't rolling in benjamins. The security here is top-notch and each of your neighbors are related to, work for, or ARE the elites of MGC. Since the apartment is so big you only have one neighbor on the same floor as you; a lonely ryuu who hasn't had anybody pray to her since the beginning of the internet age. She won't cling to you, but let's just say she's very open to company and will always comfort you in ANY way she can.
