Let me analyze this considering the routes rather than the characters:

Ciel route was the best Near-side route and her True End is my second favorite ending losing only to Hisui True.

Heaven`s Feel was a clusterfuck where even if you overlook all the slice-of-life/unrelated shit still manages to be frustrating.

Ciel wins again.
