I tried cooking dried beans today. I soaked an entire bag of them all day yesterday and night, and it was a huge pain in the ass to strain and clean. Now I don't even have a pot big enough for them because they swelled up more than I expected. I mean it's a lot of beans. Now it keeps overflowing and shit and making a mess all over the stove. This sucks.
