It depends of the time and temperature but I sleep with 1 3, 4 and 6.
Mostly 1 and 3.

Oh and some advice if you ever want to commission one, the minimum size to have a "good quality" is 1417x4252 in 100 dpi, the best you could go for is 3000x9000 in 150 dpi.
