It was really Yuka's sheer twisted mindset in this scene that did it for me. Once she realized that Kyouji would become so filled with lust for revenge that he would never stop hunting her down, she couldn't kill Kiika fast enough.

Also, isn't this the scene where it's Kiika's possessed mother who's doing it? While scolding her and calling her worthless and a terrible daughter?
