It's pretty difficult to accuse someone of stealing if they are just making fan-art (even if they call it OC) but it's an entirely different thing if they sell commercialized products with stolen designs. Though even in that case KC doesn't have enough power/time/resources to go to court so he just writes them concerned messages
Anyway, I looked through the salamander gallery (because I couldn't be arsed to search through 1k+ hellhound pics) and pics from this game are not there.
