gunparade march is literally the best game ever made
maybe baldr force exe (emulate on ps2, it has great performance plus being able to switch between voice actors for each particular character)
and then sky dive 1 and 2

if you want pure vn then idk
maybe phantom of inferno if you like nitro+ stuff and you want some badass gunporn (also pick ps2, for voice acting), if you want the pc remake check the art first and compare if you like the renewal
phantom i guess is translated, but the dvd version released is so damn old i heard it doesnt work on modern pcs due to codec issues and the translation was dogshit so might as well consider it untranslated and play it on ps2

or maybe emulate yu-no on saturn (for voice acting)
