Also that draw of the 1p was pretty lucky.
Just had a match where I got disconnected, had 45667 sou in my hand and the cpu dealt the 5 and 8 sou it drew. Luckily I got another 8 sou at the end but still that was pretty stupid

Seriously though, I'm not an expert but I would've discarded the 9m for tanyao.
None of the tiles around the 3 sou were dealt which is kinda suspicious.You would've probably still dealt into a hand but at least you would've bought some time for someone else to deal in.
