I can relate, even though I am slightly older than you. Touhou is just part of my life.
Unless I die prematurely the Touhou community will be present on some lenght of the internet. Even if not on this imageboard.
The only thing I truly fear is that the content of the past gets lost. Make sure you archive everything, and share everything with your Touhou fellows.

Realistically, some neckbeard living in a developed nation shitposting on an imageboard isn't actually going to be a prime target. If we're looking for people who won't be missed if they suddenly disappear, Yukari would be much better off taking people from places where deaths and disappearances are to be expected anyway. Places like warzones, or anywhere with rampant criminal activity. Nobody's going to question a terrorist or hired thug disappearing. Some otaku who barely leaves the house? Sure, most people won't care, but a missing person investigation will usually be started anyway. If they have a job, a boss or coworker will probably file for one when they stop showing up for work. Even if they're a neet with no family or friends, a landlord or utilities provider will start one once the bills stop being paid. And assuming Yukari still cares about such things, snatching up a murderer or human trafficker to get eaten by youkai is much easier on the conscience than some shut-in whose only crime is not doing anything productive with their life.
