anyone have suggestions for beating E4's boss on easy?

I keep consistently getting her down to 100HP, but can't get any further - even with all sparkled and support fleets.

Is there a way I can run a CLT? My 2DDs NEVER use a cut-in attack, and just flat out miss the boss every time.
Maybe I should put radars on them?
