I doubt this will last long. Plus there ARE janitors/mods on /jp/ now (check the Kancolle thread), its just that they're suspiciously more lenient than usual.

But sadly I think at this point the board is mortally wounded, it seems many users have left because the post rate has been steadily decreasing, the activity is concentrated on cancerous generals populated by foreign users and even now we're unable to shake them off the front page, just because of how little real activity we have left.

I hope I'm wrong...
