I'm probably doing something wrong with her, then - she only deals absurd amounts of damage when she gets her special slayer effects on things with status effects, even with the Kusanagi on. For that reason, I prefer to give her her personal weapon because at least that way, she can (and most of the time will) inflict berserk on stuff to keep slaying later on, without the need for that permanent-inducting skill.

Adding to this, in DoD she's one of the strongest shikigami you can get in terms of stats, but sadly that can only happen after halfway through the final dungeon. sad
