Voice: No exact idea, but she has a childish voice and speaks Japanese with an European accent.

Other stuff: You didn't ask but when not using magic she stays at room temperature. Not supernaturally cold like Yuyuko or Youmu's ghost half, but way colder than a living being. Summoning Gugnir produces heat and the metallic smell of blood. This also makes Remilia's temperature rise.

Other than inspiring before talking she doesn't breath, so it's unnerving to observe her at rest (when she's not moving, she looks dead). >>12372140 is right about the wings being the first thing you notice on her. These are large and quite obviously living parts of her: Something most fan-art gets wrong is that Remilia keeps her wings folded when navigating her way indoors. When she stretches, the wings unfold.
