Okay. i've just realized something.
What if the wooden block isn't related to one of the Twins but to Rena?
When the wooden-calendar thing shows on the screen you can hear the phone ringing in the room in resides in.
When the scene switches to K1's room Rena is the one who talks first and not Mion.
The phone was in Rena's room, Mion called her first and went to her house. Then they both called K1.
The TV is related to Satoko and there haven't been nothing related to the twins yet. Why 'yet'? the recent PVs suggest Sonozaki's involvement in the next arc.
