Kizuna is actually the lowest performer of the bunch. Her attachment rate is a mediocre 7%, meaning that for every 100 subs she gets, only 7 of them actually turn into views. An ok attachment rate for a channel would be something like 20%. An attachment rate of 10% or less is only acceptable for large youtubers with several millions of subs.

In terms of views, Kizuna is already barely keeping her 1st spot. Pic related is a comparison between her and the 2nd place Mirai Akari. Kizuna's average views of her last 5 videos is only 62k, of course that's in part because her last video was uploaded today but even if we assume that that video will hit 60k through this week, her average views are still only about 70k. Akari's average views are already at about 50k. Akari is already rivaling Kizuna in viewer count even though Kizuna has 7 times as many subs as her.
It's also worth noting the two videos highlighted in pic related. They were both uploaded the same day yet Akari's already has more views. This means that Akari also has much higher engagement than Kizuna. When Akari uploads a video, people rush to watch it, when the pink slut does, nobody cares and the views take a while to come and they only come because of her obscene amount of subs.

Akari's consistent views means her viewers are probably pleased with her content and keep returning. Kizuna's high variance between videos means she is inconsistent, which tells us she doesn't know her audience. She only gets high views in her videos that reference big franchises (in pic related, the one with the magikarp thumbnail has the most views) and, since they don't stick around, it's safe to assume a lot of those views are done out of curiosity by people who don't like Kizuna and might not even finish watching the video. They're "fluff views". That Oreimo video with 290k views? A portion of those views probably came from people just checking what it was and closed the video 30 seconds in.

At the pace we are going, the 2nd place will overtake the pink slut in a matter of months and it's not crazy to think that in 6 months she will be 3rd or even 4th place. Maybe not in subs since her advantage is too big but she's certainly falling behind in views, engagement and building a fanbase.

Out of all the Yuuchubaas, Kizuna is slowly becoming the biggest failure of the bunch. Even bigger than Yua. Kizuna never did anything in particular to become so big, she's only as big as she is by virtue of "being the first" with a dose of "meme magic" from the west. Simply put, she got lucky. She was born with a silver spoon in her mouth and she's doing everything to destroy her own privileged position. She prioritizes quantity over quality, if she cared about quality, she would try to understand her fans and cater to them. instead she does the opposite: She pisses off her most hardcore fans just to get a bunch of (useless) subs.
At least if Yua fails she can say it was because she couldn't find her niche in an already niche market. Kizuna has no excuse, she was given everything to succeed, she fucking owns the market and yet, she's slowly bleeding herself away.

The Kizuna killer is turning out to be Kizuna herself.
