She feels embarrassed about crying, well she does mutes the mic when she gets emotional. She probably got scared when she came back the next day and found the rumors about her family and how everyone was freaking out. It makes sense that she decided to talk to us even though she wasn't emotionally stable to do it.
But she also underestimated the impact of her absence... well if she didn't knew how loved she was before she definitely knows now. She probably thought that she was just a form of entertainment for most of her audience. But even the people that don't watch her very often got worried. Not as worried as us, but they do care about her.
