so following up on what bacharu talked about way back on his return video last year. I decided to look up horse meat and I found out that its very stigmatized here in the US. I can understand why as america has romanticized the relationship between people and horses and eating them might seem like betraying a friend. but damn if the japanese don't make the meat look really good. maybe i'll get to try some one day soon.
