Here's why you shouldn't be all that worried about NTR and Rinnosuke.

Sure he'll start out male, but the ideas that were being spitballed was that he quickly becomes a female in his route. Like before he even gets anywhere near Yearning. (Unless you actively prevent him transforming.)
