Pony Canyon went down hard on the biggest Chinese sub group for Starlight in the past couple of years, forcing Bilibili to remove the majority of their posted videos. The group circumvented it by titling their later and re-uploaded videos with nonsensical names, using non-indicative mspaint doodles as title cards, and other shenanigans. It seems to have worked, their #2 revival subs are alive and well. They also hinted recently that they will post a subbed version of Starry Diamond "when the time is right," ie. during a busy period when site admins can't monitor everything.

Other uploaders, like the one who posted Starry Diamond raws, flew under Pony Canyon's radar, though how long the situation can last is anyone's guess, so most uploaders' usual mantra for copyrighted material is "don't press like, don't bookmark, don't give coins" because these gestures will bump the videos to the top of recommendation lists and draw attention.
