That's people taking Flare's interview with Kiara out of context. Kiara asked if they all hang out off camera and Flare said not really other than her and Noel. Which makes sense since Flare and Noel are so close but that doesn't mean they didn't love Marine, Pekora, or Rushia or that they didn't hang out at all.
Of course Noel would feel broken up about it and seeing a Gen like 6 so close but they're still in the honeymoon phase and they just got their 3Ds, of course they're young and full of energy while Sankisei is about to enter it's third year in Hololive and lost a member to unfortunate circumstances. But Sankisei is still close as a gen, they still help each other and talk to each other, they're just all getting that burnout from doing this for so long and they're all experiencing their own health issues at this point.
