I'd say the only problem with slampigs is them maintaining their godtier proportions. Like Nene for example is still relatively young but there will be a point when her metabolism slows down where she'll either have to lean into being fat or purge which is often hard balance and most girls overdo it. Of course she'll probably be retired by then.
