You know Shirou knows quite a lot for someone people call dumb. He has knowledge on a shitload of religions/mythos that one normally wouldn't know of, He is quite a proficient chef, He speaks like a doctor when talking about his innards being busted, etc.. sure he is clueless about girls though.
