Not outside of resale sites. The way it works is they made an exclusive artwork for each of the various chain stores that would be selling the game. Depending on which store you went to, you'd get a different premium artwork. That way the stores get some exclusive products while fans get screwed over trying to enjoy the artwork without buying half a dozen limited additions from all the stores.
