Typically the games are released the first day of Comiket, at least from my own experience with games releases. The clock is really just a countdown to Comiket but you start seeing leaks around that time.

Just look at this screenshoot. It's cluttered with those weird diagonal lasers and with a big red circular projectile. The best part? The difficulty is only on normal.
