For all I could see of her I regarded her as smart, funny and, though I do not approve of her or anyone there having an affair, I personally liked her contrition act that everyone found so repulsive: she covered herself with shame as one who performed a shameful act, as a necessary condition for forgiveness under a code of honor. Unfortunately, the occidental(ized) eye immediately regarded her from a Guilt-Society perspective and misunderstood her position as that of a sort of Inquisition's victim, which she wasn't at all...

Anyway: she might be on her way out, just like other former members.
