Hanyuu goes to sleep in the sea of fragments post-Matsuri.
Horn regenerates.
Hanyuu (as we know her) disappears.

I still think that's what's going on. It lines up with the old stuff about Featherine's memory device and Eua even appeared from one of the horns from Hanyuu's original corpse (Of course, the implication of Hanyuu's original form having the Hanyuu horns brings up questions about her origin too. And it's specifically the left horn, but doesn't have the big cut mark,,,).

Based on the Sotsu teaser, I think the yellow sea of fragments seems to be just a fake sea of fragments made to hold Rika's soul between Satoko's loops.

Pretty sure we'll get some reveals relevant to the general plot before that, like Satoko making these pacts for a happy world and whatever is up with a sea of fragments within a fragment.
