E3 was alright. Tone helped a lot by reducing the scouting burden on my CV, so I could put something other than more Saiun on them (88 LOS at that level).

I used a support fleet of 2x level 90 Kongous and 2x level 80 Z1 and Z3 all the way.

All 3 main attacker has Sanshiki and other best guns I could scrape together for them.
Kitakami has a green gun for her own air defense, depth charge and the minisub.
Akagi and Kaga both held, identically in that order, Reppu, Type-62 Bomber-Fighter, Reppu and Saiun. I used no damecons and spent approximately 15k resources including support fleet.

The trick is to know which formation to choose at each node.
