Of course there is. Otogi is probably the only gachage around that allows you to realistically collect all the girls without whaling your life savings. Those free 5* tickets are very effective baits to make you do so. They can indeed get you majority of the girls but their rates inside aren't even. The older girls have a high chance of appearing so once you get majority of the chars you tend to get dupes.

Which means once you're serious about collecting all the girls you'll have to use the paid festival gacha at the end of every month that gives you a guaranteed 5* of a character you don't have. The devs are ingenious bastards that knows what they're doing.

The NTR is just a really nice bonus. I mean who doesn't like cute girls like pic related getting fucked by countless villagers? I sure do.
