Surely, Anon is free to dream about the possibility of having a genuine drunken loli oni around the house. But if that is a possibility, there is also an overwhelming possibility that he would instead be visited by a genuine drunken seven foot Linda Hamilton-ish oni who'd get him piss drunk, beat him around like a ragdoll, rub her foul vodka-smelling muff all over him all night and finally eat him for breakfast.

There's a lot of variation. If you count the various related breeds like shojo and amanojaku, oni can be anywhere from 4-5 metres tall down to just over 50-60 centimetres. Oni like Suika are part of the natural variation.
But yes, the "common" oni stands from human height up to about 3 metres.
