Reaper of the 13th Step was my favorite but I really loved Before the Spider Lilies Bloomed too. I understand the disappointment some people had about it not concluding things fully enough but thematically it was such a perfect ending for me, and I think it tied up the messages of Higanbana quite well.

The moment that really got me was Shuuichi talking about what it means to live while a piano version of the main theme kicks in. It was just such a fitting way to end it and is what led to it becoming my second favorite chapter, it resonated with me so much.
