Then I want her default moves to be:
421: B version melee counter, C version bullet counter.
214: Digs a pitfall trap. If the enemy steps into it they fall into the stage, take damage, and get launched out/back.
236: B version has Tewi do a frontflip then slam the hammer down. C version has her go farther and do a spin, trying to hit behind her for crossups.
623: Tewi hammers the ground and a bamboo spear shoots out of the ground for anti-air.

As an addendum, I can't think of anything Tewi could use as normal projectiles. She'd be retarded if she shot carrots or little bunnies or something.
But I still want to dig a pitfall trap then bunny hop behind the enemy and hammer them back into it.
