What game is urgently in need of a Touhou-mod in your opinion?
Since we know everything is better with Touhou.
The characters, the music, everything.

I'd go with one of my favourite games of all time, Heroes of Might and Magic III.
The bandwidth of characters can easily replace the monsters in numbers, maybe one could even add a new fraction with it.
