Here is the event guide for current events in Shironeko

Events left to do are:

Charlotte's event

Maxed rukusanto sanctuary gives 5% att, def and crit to all classes.

Speedrun event

The maxed bird totem gives 3% attack, HP and crit to all classes.

And I haven't bothered doing Chaguma 2016 but here's the event page

All 17 desks on your town will give 3% HP, attack, defense and crit to all jobs.
Also gives a extra 10% attack, defense, crit + 5% HP/SP to the new Chaguma character.

You can also get a nice accessory that gives 20 HP recovery or every 5 enemies killed plus 30% more damage towards chaguma enemies.

Finally, you can get a memorial sword for completing day 7.

And for the new event

The requirements for the fight are:
- Hero only party
- No damage clear
- various class:
1. sword & xsaber only
2. mage & dragon rider only
3. warrior only
4. sword & xsaber only
5. monk & warrior only
6. sword, archer, & xsaber only
7. sword & warrior only

Shinki Rokka can easily do all of them if you got them and then you can revisit with the proper classes for the last crown.
