If I remember correctly, daimaoh ( jp retailer ) sells some kind of foreskin retainer, which is like a cock ring that you put directly under your gland while your foreskin is pulled back. I think it is for foreskin streching purposes and could come in useful in here, but I can't speak from experience and don't know how it would feel.

What I tend to do is just pull my foreskin back while I am balls deep inside my ona, and then try to push out all the air, so that the vaccuum doesn't pull my foreskin with it. It isn't permanent and it gets pushed forth after some time, but usually I don't bother anymore and keep pumping.
