Ok, thank you. I think i have it figured out now. For some reason my browser was refusing my pixiv account log in. My bank denied my transaction because its overseas charge(fraud detection), but ill call them then im sure it will go through. Wish i could use paypal. BiJ looks the least complicated compared to the other proxies i was looking at so ill go with them.
