Australia et. al. care more about censorship than the u.s., which just finds the idea of censorship to be iffy.

A lot of of southeast asia is severely drug-phobic due to historical issues surrounding the opium trade. And so they have less trouble with half-dead heroin/krockodil twits, who would have guessed?

You're about on the mark there with psychedelics, methinks. Most of the folks I've met IRL who've tried it would prefer it if they hadn't. Bad experiences all 'round.
