That's a non-answer if I've ever seen one. So basically they don't give a god damn fuck and are putting the blame on us for their incompetance and insinuating we don't know how to type in our emails correctly. What a great service.

I'm baffeled that they couldn't even be bothered to check for bouncebacks or cross reference whatever error code they might have gotten to find out what caused the issue and how to resolve it.
