-There was supposed to be reserved seating but the when the ticket numbers came out there was no seating number. When people got to the venue they found out it was actually a free for all.
-They opened the doors a bit earlier than expected so people who were buying merch got fucked.
-People were told that the second floor was closed but in the picture you can see some people were allowed on for some reason.
-Even though there were empty seats people were told not to put belongings on empty seats or else they'll get escorted out.
-They shouldn't have booked 4 full venues since it doesn't seem like they'll be sold out.

It's mainly the seating number thing that was the problem, people who bought tickets late were happy though.
