Yeah. The next WTC should have TIPS you can unlock in the course of the game. Not only character sheets like in Umineko but full sections of story.

I don't know if Ryukishi would be able to do something new like that though. It's something he has no experiences in. So maybe, maybe not. If only he had more experience to this sort of thing, but... Well, don't let your hopes go wild.
