Literally all you need to do. It's just a willpower check. Used to be pretty fat myself. Lifting weights helps a lot more than cardio in terms of looking better after weight loss(so you aren't a flabby skinbag. You'll want to do some basic cardio though (even if it's 10-15 mins of light jogging a day) as well as your heart will be shit tier. God speed anon, self improvement for your waifu.
