well I do have a handful of insecurities about me, and I often get lost in worrysome though. though I have made progress over the years in terms of these negative feelings and about who I am (whatever that means exactly). I do have moments of anger or bitterness towards one person or another, but I realize (or at least rationally think) that these feelings are irrational and/or unjustified, and not desirable.

that's reassuring. it seems like a very varied thing and really just depends on the person. I guess all we can do at the end of the day is do our own research and do what seems right

maybe it is pseudoscience, idk. Fronk seems like an honest person, though ultimately I'll do what makes sense to me. I'll (hopefully) accept the consequences of my actions as they come to me.
