I watch Ina for Ina. I love her personality. Overall I like the things she says, be it little cutesy nothing, her stories, insight, beliefs or just silly jokes. I also enjoy how she approaches content. I don't have to worry about her screaming my ears out, smashing everything around her or rage quitting every single stream. I don't really care if she's a good or bad gamer, I just enjoy the fact that she pushes through the games and has patience.
That's not even mentioning her art or many talents/interests.

People like Ina recharge me when interacting with them, instead of draining.
I still watch my JP favorite, which is Okayu, and I can say the same things about her more or less.
Obviously it's all subjective and to some she's boring, which is perfectly fair.
